All items are “as is.” St. Anne's Fulshaw PTA has attempted to describe all offered items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the items. No statement made in this website by us or made orally elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.

3. The auction item value, if listed is only an estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised unless so noted. The amount you pay above this fair market value estimate is normally tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax adviser to clarify amount of deduction.

4. Payment for items purchased must be made in full upon completion of the auction through this website using the methods of payment supported, If you are unable to pay for your Winning Bid, then you will forfeit your Bid and the next highest bidder will be offered the prize.

5. Following payment, you will be provided by email details on how to collect or obtain your prize credential or products.

6. St. Anne's Fulshaw PTA reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.
