Our PTA is delighted to share that we were awarded a £500 grant through the Tesco Stronger Starts scheme. We are extremely grateful to Tesco and to everyone in the local community who supported our project.
Thanks to this funding, we have been able to provide a series of high-quality football coaching sessions for our pupils. The sessions were delivered by Premier Sports Coaching Ltd, whose experienced coaches created engaging, inclusive and well-structured lessons that encouraged participation, teamwork and confidence-building across all abilities.
The feedback from pupils and staff has been overwhelmingly positive. The coaching has supported physical activity, skill development and enjoyment of sport, aligning closely with our commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles and broadening extracurricular opportunities.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Tesco Stronger Starts and to Premier Sports Coaching Ltd for helping us deliver this valuable opportunity for our children. Community support such as this makes a meaningful difference to our school.
