This year at the Christmas Fair (Friday, 5 December 2025), we’re using PTA Dollars as our main event currency for games and activities and we’re encouraging people to buy them in advance to help avoid queues at the "PTA Bank" stall on the day!

Here’s how it works:

  • £1 ticket = 1 PTA Dollar
  • PTA Dollars can be used for fun activities and treats, including:
    1. Meet Santa and receive a gift!- $3
    2. Lots of festive games for $1 a go and you can win a prize!
    3. Crazy Sand Art stall - $3
    4. Tuck Shop - Pick any 3 items for $1
    5. Kids' soft drinks and snacks -  2 soft drinks or one drink and crisps combo for $1

Why buy in advance?

  • You’ll skip the queues at the PTA Bank on the day.
  • It helps us prepare and run things more smoothly.
  • Your PTA Dollars will be ready and waiting in a named envelope for you to collect at the event from the PTA Bank stall. 

Of course, you’ll still be able to buy PTA Dollars on the day using a card (via SumUp) at the PTA Bank stall, but we strongly recommend getting ahead of the game!

T&Cs

  • All purchases of PTA Dollars are final. The PTA reserves the right to refuse refunds, including in the event of non-attendance or unused tokens.
  • PTA Dollars are valid only at PTA-run stalls and activities at the Christmas Fair on Friday, 5 December 2025. They cannot be used at third-party vendor stalls.
  • Unused PTA Dollars will not expire — you are welcome to use them at future PTA events, subject to the PTA accepting them at specific activities.
  • Physical tokens will be distributed from the PTA Bank stall in named envelopes at the event.
  • The PTA is not responsible for any lost or damaged tokens and may not be able to replace them.
  • PTA Dollars hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
