This year at the Summer Social (Friday, 4 July 2025), we’re using PTA Dollars as our main event currency — and we’re encouraging people to buy them in advance to help avoid queues at the "PTA Bank" stall on the day!
Here’s how it works:
£1 ticket = 1 PTA Dollar
PTA Dollars can be used for fun activities and treats, including:
🎈 Unlimited access to the bouncy castles (get a hand stamp!) - $3
🎨 Face painting - $2
🏖️ Crazy Sand stall - $3
🍬 Tuck Shop - Pick any 3 items for $1
🥤 Kids' soft drinks and snacks - 2 soft drinks or one drink and crisps combo for $1
Why buy in advance?
You’ll skip the queues at the PTA Bank on the day.
It helps us prepare and run things more smoothly.
If you have a child at the school, you will receive your physical PTA Dollar tokens ahead of the event, sent home via your child’s book bag the week of the Summer Social.
If you do not have a child at the school, you can pick up your tokens from the PTA Bank stall on the day.
Of course, you’ll still be able to buy PTA Dollars on the day using a card (via SumUp) at the PTA Bank stall, but we strongly recommend getting ahead of the game!

All purchases of PTA Dollars are final. The PTA reserves the right to refuse refunds, including in the event of non-attendance or unused tokens.
PTA Dollars are valid only at PTA-run stalls and activities at the Summer Social on Friday, 4 July 2025 (e.g., bouncy castles, face painting, Crazy Sand, Tuck Shop, soft drinks, etc.). They cannot be used at third-party vendor stalls.
Unused PTA Dollars will not expire — you are welcome to use them at future PTA events (e.g., the Christmas Fair), subject to the PTA accepting them at specific activities.
Physical tokens will be distributed ahead of the event via children’s book bags. If your child is not in school the week of the event, please contact the PTA to arrange collection.
The PTA is not responsible for any lost or damaged tokens and may not be able to replace them.
PTA Dollars hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
